전형적인 드라마는 추상적인 세계를 만들어내며, 그 세계에서는 프로그램 제작자들의 마음속에만 먼저 존재하고 그러고 나서 시청자의 마음속에 재현되는 허구의 캐릭터들을 매우 복잡한 관계망이 연결한다. 

 

-> 굉장히 말이 어려운 것 같지만, 결국 한마디로, 

'제작자가 마음 속에 두었던 것을 제작하여, 이를 시청자가 마음 속에 받아들인다'입니다.
