An incredibly passionate man who loves people, Kevin Reynolds began his career with a major bank.
사람들을 사랑하는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 열정적인 남자인 Kevin Reynolds는 주요 은행에서 그의 경력을 시작했다. 

 

 

 

He worked hard, was good at what (which - X) he did, and soon began moving up his bank’s career ladder.
그는 열심히 일했고, 그가 한 일에 능숙했고, 곧 은행 경력의 사다리를 오르기 시작했다. 

 

at what + 불완전문 / at which + 완전문

 

 

His future looked promising (promised - X).
그의 미래는 유망해 보였다. 

 

 

 

But Kevin wanted more than to be a banking executive: he wanted to be a banker who built and benefited
community.

Kevin had long been inspired by the idea of building a bank that would be an active part of the local community, supporting (support - X) small business and supporting community-building initiatives. 
Kevin은 오랫동안, 작은 사업을 지원하고 공동체 건설 계획을 후원하면서 지역 사회의 활동적인 일부가 될 은행을 세우는 아이디어에 고무되어 왔었다.

몇 명의 동료들과 함께 그는 마침내 Cardinal Bank가 된 작은 지역 사회 은행을 설립하였다. 

 

 

 

Since then Kevin and his team have created (created - X) an organisation with 27 branches that are a central part of the communities in which (what - X) they operate.  
그 이후로 Kevin과 그의 팀은 27개의 지사를 가진 조직을 만들었고, 그 지사들은 그것들이 운영되는 지역 사회의 중심 부분이 되었다.
